Golf and Fitness Anyone?
Golf and fitness go together at any age - getting and staying in shape doesn’t have to be dull and boring!
Golf fitness is ideal for lifetime personal fitness. It's one of the most social personal fitness regimes going, it takes you out into pleasant and uplifting surroundings, and is reasonably gentle on your body.
In fact, golf and fitness are an ideal combination whether you're super fit - its relaxation benefits for high-intensity athletes are enormous - or whether you're carrying an injury or simply 'too old' for more strenuous physical exercise.
So mark it down: golf fitness - either for improving your score or generating life fitness - is well worth looking into!
Aerobic Exercise Complements Strength Training
Aerobic exercise and strength training for at least 150 minutes a week will make you look great, feel fantastic and live life with a perpetual sparkle.
But before you start exercising, understand that:
1. You need 20 to 40 minutes of aerobic exercise three to four times a week, and
2. You need to include strength training at least twice or three times a week.
That's a total of at least 150 minutes a week, spread out so it fits easily into your schedule. If you truly can't fit in both - choose aerobic exercise. It works your heart muscle and helps maintain your weight.
Remember, too, that muscle burns fat, so if you can do 50 push-ups before your aerobic exercise, you will reap the benefits.
Enjoy!
Hair treatment should be easy - yet we never hear people talking about 'a good hair day'? It's always 'a bad hair day', isn't it?
The desire for beautiful hair is not new. Ancient Egyptians shaved their heads and wore elaborate, heavy, braided wigs to achieve perfection. And today we go for a hair transplant, hair straighteners, hair replacement, hair restoration ... when hair treatment can often boil down to simple common sense hair treatment:
- Washing And Conditioning
- Styling
- Coloring and Perming
- Cutting Your Hair
So hair treatment really is straight-forward. By taking such simple steps to maintain healthy hair rather than resorting to extreme restoration and replacement regimes will put you on track to more 'good hair days' than you ever thought possible!
