Do Your Research
No ... not what you thought (although that will come!).
This research is internal - inside yourself. It's a step rarely taken, yet it can make a gigantic difference to the successful achievement of your goal.
Here goes:
Get a paper bag and cut eye-holes in it. Yes, just like when you were a kid.
Take off your clothes, stand in front of a full length mirror, and put the paper bag over your head.
Now, study your body, inch by inch. And ponder on it. Spend a full 5 minutes on this.
Now, take off the bag, replace your clothes, and find a sheet or board - something large you can put between your body and the mirror.
Stand in front of the mirror again, so that the sheet hides your body completely, leaving just your head and neck visible in the mirror.
Study, just like before, and ponder.
Now, just go about your business.

Because there is ALWAYS enough money or time if your commitment is high enough.
So ponder that equation, and determine just how best to balance your desires and your commitment.
With the excesses purged, now is the time to consider - how important is your beauty fitness going to rate this year?

Just bring it to the forefront of your mind, and run it around until you're comfortable with where it will sit in your scheme of things in the coming 12 months.
Probably the most overlooked 'secret' of beauty fitness is the magic power of ... water.
Along with yesterday's key - sleep - water is the other foundation stone on which to build your beauty fitness.
Eight glasses a day is the recommended dose - but you don't have to swig it all at once.
Just keep a drink bottle handy, and slurp a mouthful whenever you want ... and whenever you would otherwise do something destructive!

For most, Christmas Day is a day of excesses, some of them destructive to the beauty fitness lifestyle.
One of the simplest remedies is sleep. Pamper yourself. Get some sleep.
