Ayurveda Skin Care a Natural
For the past year or so, Kama Ayurveda, a skin care line made with 100% natural ingredients, has been quietly gathering a following in the US.
Ayurveda is the holistic medical science originating in India over 6,000 years ago. Kama Ayurveda products are formulated according to the authentic Ayurvedic prescriptions, using no artificial chemicals of any kind. Unlike many so-called natural products, Kama Ayurveda products are promoted as pure, not merely “herbal-enriched”.
The centuries-old recipes are well known in India to restore beauty and balance to skin and hair, and are particularly valued for treating hair loss and dandruff, acne, stretchmarks and dull, dry skin.
Miraculous Beauty Fluid (Kumkumadi) for instance, blends oils containing rare saffron to illuminate skin complexion and extracts of Indian madder and Banyan tree to smooth the appearance of fine lines.
Neelibringadi Intensive Hair Treatment is the traditional Ayurvedic prescription for people who suffer from dandruff, hair loss, or premature graying, and Lavanya Natural Plant Mask is designed to nourish, deep cleanse and purify the skin.
So, as the weather changes along with your mood, such natural approaches may stimulate the mood and the appearance you're looking for. Worth a look, anyway!
A recent Harris poll found that 72% of households are thinking about starting a home-based business. 72%! Here's what that means...
These people are your friends, relatives, local businesses, even your spouses, parents, and children...
o Stay-at-home spouses can become work-from-home successes.
o Recently downsized friends can master their own destinies.
o Young adult children can build businesses based on passion.
o Senior citizen parents? Ditto!
o Friends or family in Network marketing (MLM) can generate their own warm leads.
o Real estate, local services, etc. can all take it to a whole new level.
o ANY family can build a strong second or third income.
And one of the fastest-growing fields is the beauty fitness industry.
The fact that you're reading this suggests an interest in both beauty fitness and creating your own independence. But the mere thought of the learning curve involved in creating a successful web site can be daunting. And unfortunately, that's true.
The more complicated it gets to do business online, the more overwhelmed people feel about building a successful web site.
One way around that is to use the SBI system that
Beauty Fitness Lifestyles is built on.
It's the only system I know of that removes all the tehnical requirements and many of the marketing challenges, and leaves you to get on with the enjoyable part of it all - creating an interesting web site about something you know and love.
A fact that few people are aware of is that the vast majority of web sites never cover the costs of their hosting, let alone make a profit. Yet 61% of the 10,000+ SBI! web sites rank in the 3% most-visited sites in the world. And visitors mean revenue.
So if you've even a passing interesting, skip on over to SBI and have a poke around. There are mountains of case studies, charts to help you choose the business model that's right for you, and a host of other helpful material. All free.
A few hours there could save years of frustration.

Whether it's Atkins, the South Beach or some other low-carb plan, as many as 30 million Americans are following a low-carb fast weight loss diet.
Any diet, weather low or high in carbohydrate, can produce significant weight loss during the initial stages of the diet.
Let's see if we can debunk some of the mystery about low-carb diets.
- Differences Between Low-Carb Diets
There are many popular diets designed to lower carbohydrate consumption. Other low-carb diets like the Zone and Life Without Bread are less restrictive. Carbohydrate, caloric intake, diet duration and participant characteristics varied greatly.
Many diet studies fail to monitor the amount of exercise, and therefore caloric expenditure, while participants are dieting.
The weight loss on low-carb diets is a function of caloric restriction and diet duration, and not with reduced carbohydrate intake.
Little evidence exists on the long-range safety of low-carb diets. The long range weight change for low-carb and other types of diets is similar.
Most low-carb diets cause ketosis.
Low-carb diets do not enable the consumption of more calories than other kinds of diets, as has been often reported.
- Despite their popularity, little information exists on the long-term efficacy and safety of low-carbohydrate diets.
- Strict low-carb diets are usually not sustainable as a normal way of eating. Strict low-carb diets produce ketosis which is an abnormal and potentially stressful metabolic state. This change comes as Atkins faces competition from other popular low-carb diets that call for less saturated fat, such as the South Beach diet plan. Low-carb dieting should not be considered as a license to gorge on red meat!
