What's In Your Cosmetics and Skin Care Products?

Scientific studies have identified a range of toxins that are commonly included in cosmetics and skin care products... even when there are safe alternatives.

Most of us never examine the ingredients listed on the labels of the cosmetics or other skin care products we use, but now might be a good time to start. The research suggests aht many known carcinogens are used by the cosmetic industry simply because they are cheap.

Some of the common harmful ingredients include: Ammonium Lauryl Sulfate (ALS), Sodium Lauryl Sulfate (SLS), Propylene Glycol, aluminum, Paraben Preservatives, DEA (Diethanolamine), MEA (Monoethanolamine) and TEA (Triethanolamine), Isopropyl Alcohol, Talc and Mineral Oil.
