Motivation and Drive: There is a Difference
If you've ever promised yourself you'll complete an exercise program and then dismally let it fall by the wayside after just a few sessions, you know what I'm talking about.
It sucks, big time!

Why? This might sound odd. But professional motivation coach Chris Tzar says that in scientific terms, you probably just don't feel like it.
Scientific? Yes. You see, there's a difference between the motivation that drives you to decide you should workout, and the drive that gets you to actually do it.
And that difference is emotion. Feel like it, and you'll do it. Don't feel like it, and you won't. Simple as that.
Armed with that intelligence, what are you going to do about it?
